Found this dead civet on NH 4 which connects Bangalore and Thirupathi when I was coming from my home town Kolar. The exact location was near Mugabaala, which is after Taavarekere. Nearby there are two reserved forest areas. I guess the civet was about to cross the road to enter the reserved forest. It is very disturbing to see the animals dying on the road like this.
